David Gross

In April 2022, David and his team won a complete defense jury verdict for Seagate in a billion-dollar patent infringement jury trial in the Western District of Pennsylvania brought by a former professor of Carnegie Mellon University. See Law360's coverage of the case here.

Before moving to Silicon Valley in 2012, David practiced in Minnesota, where, based on his trial victories, he was a three-time recipient of the Minnesota Lawyer’s Attorney of the Year recognition and a member of the Minnesota Lawyer’s Circle of Excellence. National Speaker and Author David is a national speaker and author on trial advocacy (The Power Trial Method), patent litigation (Winning Patent Litigation), and Legal Design (Design Thinking and Visual Advocacy for Lawyers).
